Wild boar sausage carbonara

Our good friend, Mason Hereford of Turkey and the Wolf, serves a "big-ass bowl of pasta" every Monday night. Some Mondays he makes this twist on a classic and it's amazing. Try it out at home and check out his restaurant, Turkey and the Wolf, next time you are in New Orleans.

Pigs in a blanket are one of everyone's favorite party snacks. We upgraded from cocktail weenies and added some Tabasco Course ground mustard for a snack you can feel good about eating.
